Flapjack's Pancake Cabin
The Sticky Bun pancake is the dish regulars rave about, and even the junior pancakes come out as big as an adult stack. This Parkway cabin suits families and tourists after a hearty, fast breakfast, but it closes at 1 PM daily, so arrive near opening on weekends to beat the wait and the full parking lot.
Smoky Mountain Pancake House
Syrup comes to the table warm, and many diners call the French toast the plate to beat at this cabin-style breakfast stop on the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Big portions at low prices make it an easy pick for families, tour groups and vegetarians, as long as you show up early to beat the weekend line.
Smoky’s Pancake Cabin
Fluffy, high-stacked pancakes in flavors like blueberry lemon zest and pineapple upside-down are the big draw at this cozy cabin on the Parkway, where portions run large enough to share. It suits families, pancake lovers, and gluten-free diners who can order GF waffles and pancakes, but plan to arrive early because lines build quickly and doors close at 1 PM.
