About Flea Traders Paradise

Flea Traders Paradise sits on Winfield Dunn Parkway about 4 miles from downtown Sevierville, and honestly, it's one of the cleaner flea markets we've been to in East Tennessee. The 40,000 square foot indoor space has actual air conditioning — which is huge during summer — and the restrooms don't make you want to hold it until you get back to your hotel.

The real action happens when you hit both the indoor and outdoor sections. Inside you'll find your typical mix of vintage stuff, handmade crafts, and resale items, but step outside on nice days and that's where vendors set up with the rotating stock and better deals. We always start indoors to get our bearings, then work our way outside where the haggling gets more interesting.

Speaking of haggling — don't be shy about it here. The vendors actually expect you to negotiate, especially if you're buying multiple things or it's getting close to 5pm on Sunday. One thing though — they're only open Friday through Sunday, 9am to 5pm, so don't show up mid-week like we did our first time.

Fair warning: this place is smaller than some of the other flea markets in the area, like Great Smokies Flea Market down the road. Some booths sit empty, and you'll find more garage sale type stuff than actual antiques. But the trade-off is it's clean, climate-controlled, and you can actually park without circling the lot for 20 minutes. Plus there's a couple cafes on-site if you need to refuel between treasure hunting sessions.
